Then they rush you with appointments back to back so that the process becomes overwhelming. They come in and act very accommodating and kind, ensure full support throughout the whole process. My client moved here and it''s was terribly expensive, not only that but they have this down to a psychological science. Who knows how they allow their residents to be abused. Tried to complain about an aggressive security guard and they just blew me off. If you have high school kids they have after school activities I will rethink letting them work at Oakcrest. If you have kids that are great workers and have a legit reason for taking off with proof give them a chance. Give them a chance to have the experience of working but also don''t let them have to choose from their education. Something has to change with there policies with these school students. She loved the residents and her disappointment of her first job being terminated. She was very disappointed in being terminated over the phone for one but just disappointed because she loved the job. My daughter went to work, she worked well, she covered for others and to be terminated because of absences because of school, after school activities is just crazy to me. If these students have proof of why they''re staying after school, why would you terminate them or give them grief about something that''s important as far as their education? I''ve got Great compliments from management about my daughter and how great a worker she is, other than the young lady Leslie which I''ve heard for myself how rude and disrespectful she is to these kids. So anytime my daughter called out majority of the time was because basketball obligations which she provided a email in the letter from her coaches or she had to stay after school for tutoring which was called coach class. Well my daughter first applied at Oakcrest her understanding and my understanding is that they work with these kids school schedule. The reason for her terminations was because of attendance. She was called and was terminated over the phone. My daughter as of yesterday has been working at Oakcrest and loved her job. Well my daughter first applied at Oakcrest her understanding and my understanding is that they work with these kids.
